We manufacture in-vitro diagnostic equipment in the analytical and preanalytical segments. We have a presence in more than 22 countries, with more than 400 employees, with 100 field sales agents.
We were lacking in a single system that could handle both our sales and services processes. We needed a complete management system that could support our complete business. We also needed a customized mobile application for our agents that could allow them to be more productive. Transparent reporting was also lacking as senior management could not get the complete picture of their progress. The technology being used presented challenges in achieving our mission of providing our customers with prompt and high-quality services.
